Short Narrative
First, read the following blog post from Grammar Girl .
Then, write a short narrative paragraph (half-page – 250 words) about a lesson you learned in life. Your narrative should contain the following elements: orientation, sequence of events, dialogue (two people talking), and a resolution. MOREOVER, pay particular attention to your usage of words such as always, never, most, every, and other words and phrases discussed in the Grammar Girl article (above).
