That would have put me in control without being aggressive (Maden, 2021). That would have helped her to express what she felt, and eventually, she would have forgiven me and see that she was being unreasonable, or I would have understood my mistakes. Again, I would have expressed my point of why I didn’t call by letting her respond to her questions without going back and forth.
