Part of successfully implementing a strategic plan is involving everyone in the organization in the plan. You work as an admission coordinator for an assisted living facility that just enacted its 5-year strategic plan. However, no one has communicated any of the components of the plan to any departments, including yours. Instead, management has chosen to include only senior-level management.

The s implementation of any strategic plan depends on a number of factors such as inclusivity of all employees, communication, and commitment from everyone to realize the goals of the program in the facility. Therefore, there needs to be a well laid down procedure of how the strategic plan will be implemented in order to achieve the set objectives. Failure to do this, the plan may not yield the intended goals.
Senior Level Only Approach Will Fail
