Flex work is working for organizations and the employees as well. However, it has to be done in the right way. Employees are able to benefit from flex work in that they are able to have a work-life balance. This means they get to spend more time with their families or they have time to do the other things that they want to. This result to the employee’s happiness, and when they are happy they are more productive. Employees have enough time to perform their tasks since they do not have to commute to the office to work from there, depending on the type of flex work the employee chooses. As much as flex work is good and benefits the organization, it is also good to note the disadvantages that it can have on the organization and the employees. If a lot of employees take up flex work it can result in a lot of undone tasks.(546words)
