Stress management interventions are a class of activities used by someone or organizations to improve the well-being of a person or employees and reduce stress either by reducing the impact of stress on an individual or addressing the causes of stress (Holman et al., 2018). For an individual, physical activity helps improve your sleep. For example, going for a walk, aerobics, swimming or even running. Relaxation helps in relieving stress as you will be moving away from the things that stress you up. The benefits of eating healthy foods spread beyond your stomach to your mental health. A healthy diet can reduce the effects of stress. Also, healthy sleep reduces stress, people who sleep six hours and above are more relaxed than people who never get time to sleep. Work organization and job content are supposed to be considered so that the employee is not exposed to mental or physical strains that may lead to illness or accidents. And also, forms of compensation and the distribution of working hours should be taken into account
