Answer previewAffirmative action involves of setting aside some favors or preferences to people who tend to suffer from discrimination. In 1986 the court passed the rule for affirmative action in workplaces to try and protect employees from the minority groups. I support the ruling because it helps to stop discrimination and gives those individuals to offer their maximum best without fear. The other reason why I support it is that it brings the sense of fairness and removes the aspect of hated between nations. An example of this is when highly ranked retired officers of the United States ones said that inclusion of all ethnics in the security bodies helps reduce tension which is good for national security.
