Consider technological innovations and developments in your field or other fields and address both of the following questions. First, examine the social consequences of one such innovation and describe how this innovation has either increased or decreased social justice and inequality in the U.S. Then, discuss whether and/or how this will influence constructive and deconstructive interactions between people from different cultural, racial, and ethnic groups within the U.S. Please integrate course material (concepts, theories, discussions, lectures, readings). Include supporting details: data, real world examples, etc. Please cite at least one course reading and one appropriate source from outside class. All course materials are posted on the course homepage.

21st century has ushered multiple modern and more sophisticated technology, which has dramatically revolutionized every aspect of people’s lives as well as business activities. In a way, technological innovation has simplified people’s lives where it has allowed people to interact and communicate in real-time.  Anzola-Román, Bayona-Sáez, & García-Marco, (2018) outline that many great inventions have already marked the 21st century, and some of these have been pivotal compared to the previous years.  In this century, much has happened; almost every sector has experienced new innovation. A boom in technology innovations continues to impact people’s lives in a significant way. Despite the fact that technological innovation has made it easier to manufacture petroleum products, it also harms has also decreased inequality in the society as some of the people are harmed in the process
