How the Americas Disabilities Act Achieve the Goal of prohibiting discrimination to disabled workers

The Americans Disabilities Act plays an instrumental role in protecting workers with disabilities against employer’s discrimination. The Act stipulates accepted code of behavior for employers to have equal rights and opportunities as everyone else. This implies that workers with disabilities are guaranteed equal opportunity and services as everyone else. The Act achieves this goal by prohibiting any form of unfavorable treatment (Fredman, 2017). In other words, the Act regulates employers’ operations both on establishing premises and daily practices.
