THE BILL OF RIGHTS

The first ten amendments to the U.S constitution constitute the collective ‘Bills of rights.’ The first amendment to the constitution means that the Congress or any legal body has no right to ban, initiate or restrict the initiation or following of any religion. This means that citizens can follow any religion without restrictions. Furthermore, the amendment allows freedom of speech whereby citizens can express their thoughts if they do not invade the personal space of others or do not exhibit hate speech.
