Among the many challenges brought about in the implementation of HRIS, are challenges in the management aspect. While implementing new technologies, it is easier to manipulate the software and hardware aspect of it, but it becomes a bit challenging to change the human element due to varied interpretations of policies and procedures by individuals involved.
