Enlarging the employee’s job helps involve employees in job processes as that helps move responsibilities and authority to the lowest level possible. That helps prevent repetitive problems by identifying the root cause of the problems that occur within the organization hence developing means to solve the problems at the root level.

The third component is process-centered, which is a fundamental part of TQM. It focuses on the thinking process that takes inputs from suppliers and transforms them into outputs that are delivered to customers (Evans, & Lindsay, 2020). This process involves all business operations from people, equipment, suppliers, and procedures. Without concentration on this process, the organization will not be able to handle the competition.
