E-learning has several advantages one being that it saves time and money since the student doesn’t have to travel to attend classes physically. Another advantage is that E-learning not only supports personalized learning which enables the student to learn at his or her own pace but also environmentally friendly since there is reduced pollution (Shepherd, 2015.) E-learning is also cost-effective to the training institutions since the majority of the students are learning outside the premises, this reduces the maintenance cost of these intuitions.
