A sense of motivation comes to the learner and the entire team when the goals are fulfilled. They become motivated to pursue bigger, more complex training or learning goals. Goals help the learner and the teacher to prioritize change. When developing goals, the parties think of and organize their needs beginning from the most pressing areas to the least. This helps them to identify where they should focus more energy or attention. Lastly, goals help the learner to set realistic timeframes for achievement.
