Write an argument that agrees OR disagrees with a policy that the film maker wanted to bring back to the United States for Americans to have. For example, prison reform as shown in Norway or healthy school lunches as shown in France. Introduce an aspect of Yama and Niyama and explain how it may be applied to support your argument.

Your paper should include 5-7 reasons that support your argument. Use a variety of evidence including facts, statistics, case studies, scenarios, textual evidence, pictures, expert testimonies, etc. Your paper should include one counter argument and please provide a rebuttal.

In the film ‘Where to invade next, Michael Moore who happens to be the producer travels to various places including North Africa, Europe, and Scandinavia. This film is a documentary which explores new ideas and policies in those countries and what their implementation would have an impact in the United States. The purpose of this paper is to explore an argument which supports the policy of prison reforms which Michael Moore wanted to bring back to the U.S from all the traveling in other countries. This argument is based on the visit Michael makes to Norway prison and Portugal. The reasons for supporting the argument is that prisoners will be able to control themselves once back in the society, lower murder rates will be experienced in the U.S, better treatment systems for drug abusers instead of being detained in unconducive prisons, lower recidivism rates and reduction in the abuse of drugs.(1108words)
