Write a six to eight (6-8) page paper in which you address the following:
- Summarize the historical and legal framework that provides the foundations for the American system of labor / management relations.
- Select an industry of your choice. Analyze the actions of unions and management within that industry to determine basic compliance with the major U.S. federal labor laws.
- Determine the roles and responsibilities of key participants in a right-to-work state when compared to a non-right-to-work state.
- Explain the process for organizing and for decertifying unions.
Use at least three (3) quality references. Two (2) references need to be from within the last two (2) years. Note: Wikipedia and similar websites do not quality as quality resources.
Your assignment must follow these formatting requirements:

The relationship between an organization and labor unions significantly influence the level of success. Over the position of the unions in the companies has changed. To manage their dynamics, there is an established body of law to govern this relationship. This is established from the foundation that since the onset of the industrial revolution the relationship has never been smooth. Since the employer has more bargaining power than the individual employees the federal laws primarily focused on strengthening the institution of Labor unions (Aldcroft, & Oliver, 2017). Later there was a need for a legal framework to govern the relationship within the union and between them and the union and the organization.
