Answer preview

A company is said to be unionized if a union is established in the firm usually by the majority votes of the employees. Unionization is the process in which employees of a particular company are organized to form a labor union. The labor union is established to act as the intermediary between the workers and the management of the organization. These unions are usually recognized under the labor law as they are bodies which represent workers in issues regarding wages, benefits, work violations and conditions by companies. Therefore, it is important for states to allow the development of labor unions for the benefit of workers.(502words)
