The situation involving deplaning of David Dao raised a lot of concern from the public. The United Airline could have corrected this situation by seeking other better alternatives to disembark a passenger rather than suing prudent means to remove a passenger from the seat. Equally, the United Airlines could have considered other methods or ways to transport their stuff rather than forcefully removing Dao from the plane. After the incident, the reputation of the United Airlines was tarnished. Although the company can regain their customer again by taking disciplinary action against the employees and the police officers who made the call the call to incorporate the ruthless method of deplaning Dao to create space for their staff (Barkan, 2017). By doing so, the United Airlines is going to gain back the customers’ trust back since the passengers need to feel secure by being protected…
