A grand strategy according to Charles Hills is having the ability to see things in a different way. I get to learn that one can exercise the act of grand strategy in many different ways. One of the ways that Charles provides is the way one can increase the number of voter turnout during an election. I get to understand this can be achieved by having to wait and having some focus (www.youtube.com). After waiting then I can come up with a smart idea that influences the voters to vote on my behalf and not to my particular opponent. He also advised that as a CEO one can think in a different way and reason far way beyond science. By this many employees will be left puzzled by the actions of the CEO but later will come to understand his intentions.(637words)
