The video shows Raymond and his wife, Debra, performing the same script twice. In the first rendition of the script, Debra is portrayed as a mean, cranky person. In the second rendition of the script, Raymond is portrayed as the mean one. The meaning conveyed by the words in each rendition of the script is different although the words used in both renditions are almost completely the same.
