Change is inevitable in any organization since it promotes growth and service improvement. However, achieving the needed change can be challenging due to resistant attitudes that employees may develop. According to Durant (1999), organizations should establish supportive measures to promote a successful transitioning in the change journey. As the newly appointed Executive Director of an organization, my approach to managing change would involve five techniques to help the employees embrace change.
