Culture in any organization is very significant in determining the feeling of people towards the company and their performance for those working for the company. Creating a respectful, engaging and trusting culture within a global enterprise is a process that cannot be accomplished by an individual within the enterprise but a collective responsibility (Ang & Van Dyne, 2015).
