Nursing Organizations are associations or groups committed to the profession and personal developments of members and the advancement of the nursing profession. Several organizations have been developed to ensure the advancement of the nursing career and ensure nurses are updated on current evidence-based practice, issues that may arise, and have access to various resources. The National Council of State Board of Nursing is a nursing organization that was developed to provide the nurses with the necessary educational programs and resources that ensure access to knowledge, information, and education (Libner and Kubala, 2017). The organization collaborates with nursing educators to keep each state updated on the new requirements. It also provided evidence-based information that allows for informed decision-making. It is a regulatory body in all 50 states and its mission.
