Answer preview

Racism has been one of the contentious and hot debates in American society, where it draws varied responses from different groups of people. Racial discrimination is deeply rooted in American history, even before its independence (Quinn, 2020). Various reports have recently shown that American society is one of the most racially tolerant countries compared to other countries. However, the issue is seen in America, especially due to the ongoing police brutality against black people. To address this issue, the American education system is making some advancements to facilitate open and honest conversations about race where people from different racial backgrounds have a dialogue about their experiences, similarities, and differences.
