Access to healthcare is one of the major challenges patients are facing. Patients face multiple challenges trying to access health care, including lack of enough health care personnel, increased costs of care, and lack of facilities. Such challenges can bring about problems such as reduced health outcomes among the affected population (McMaughan, Oloruntoba, & Smith, 2020). Limited access to care is one of the primary aims of providers as it affects hundreds of patients across the country. Creating a culture that seeks to improve care accessibility to patients can help improve the quality of care offered hence reducing the possibility of more illnesses. Such a culture may be based on concepts such as telemedicine, among others.
