The same organization can use the scamper method to generate ideas on eliminating and elaborating parts of the process to improve the product or service. It is also used to explore the unnecessary parts of the project (Rudy, 2020). For instance, if the company used to provide free water to the community, they can start selling the water in the fact that the money will be generated to build more water outputs for the community while still generating employment opportunities for the youth.
