Answer preview
Frustrations disrupt the proper functioning of the team project. To prevent such occurrences from repeating themselves in the future, I would encourage turn-taking in the conversations. Only one person should be allowed to speak at a time. Words such as ‘excuse’ and ‘please’ should be emphasized on such platforms. Instructions concerning such collaborative activities should be well laid up, failure to which punishment should be administered. These instructions will tackle the problem of uncooperative team members. Before the project commences, members should be reminded that each other’s opinion counts and be trained to decline an idea respectfully. The essence of time-keeping should be communicated before the project commences.
