Although the group norms ensured that no one had the intention of causing conflict, sometimes unintended conflict can occur. Therefore, we had to develop the following rules. First, everyone had to keep time. If one member was late, he/she could get a punishment. Secondly, we could not meet without prior notification, which helped to reduce absenteeism. During group discussions, we also had ground rules to ensure that everyone behaved well. First, no one could interrupt while the member was talking, which helped to reduce conflict.
