Gender Inequality
There have been many reports on the U.S. substandard maternity policies. According to the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (2015), the U.S. is shockingly only one of two nations (the other being Papua New Guinea) without a national paid maternity leave policy for all working female employees in all companies.
