I have numerous strengths that make me fit in a leadership or management position. First, I am a perfect communicator. Communication is a critical component in management and leadership (Saleebey, 2016). This is because communication determines how well events are synchronized in an organization and, ultimately, an organization’s success. Proper communication entails the flow of information both upwards and downwards (Saleebey, 2016). As a manager or occupying a top position in an organization ensures and being a good communicator ensures that communication flows smoothly in a hierarchical way both ways, up and down.
