Change is not as easy as it may seem in life. Such is the case in organizations when we also come into the business sector and have a look at the reception of change in organizations (Kaufman, 2017). In order to successfully take part in the constantly changing global environment, every organization must embrace change positively. Change helps an organization to stay relevant in its endeavors to keep competing with others in their specific market (Cameron, & Green, 2015).
