There have been many more recent changes with the fast-food giant toward improved business results. Read this article on these changes, and conduct a brief SWOTT analysis based on these new changes that includes the following:

One of the weaknesses that McDonald’s has is regarding the wages of the employees. The company is not able to increase the wages of all the employees. And they are facing so much pressure from the labor activists who say the wage rise should apply to all the employees. Another weakness is the bad customer service, McDonald is lagging behind when it comes to customer service and the customers have to wait in line as their orders are been prepared…
