Supreme Court of the United States passed a ruling that admissions in the University of Michigan and Bakke diversity should be considered. People from the minority groups and those from other countries were very welcome to be admitted to the university basing on the ruling (Joshi, 2016). The decision was very crucial and would have some major implications for me as a personnel manager in my agency.
