Answer preview
The article by Farooq, Bhatti, & Latif (2019) is based on research that examines the association between Islam human resource management practices (IHRM) and employees’ work engagement (EWE). In the 21st century, employee work engagement has been the key driver in any organizational success. Islam is a code of life for Muslim employees as it motivates them to perform their work duties effectively in Islamic nations. Also, it helps guide and manage people in the organization (Farooq, Bhatti, & Latif, 2019). The research was conducted by acquiring data from three hundred and eighty employees working in the health sector. The questionnaires were based on employee engagement in work, job fulfillment, reasons for job turnover, and organizational commitment to its employees and its success. Based on the data acquired, it was a clear indication that employees’ recruitment, training, and development positively impact their productivity.
