1. Howwould you describe the management style, in terms of Theory X and Theory Y (Page37), of the overall company or the CEO? Does the position description match the style of the company/CEO? In your opinion do the philosophies always need to match? (100-150 words)
2. Of the ten management roles (Page 20) which are emphasized in the position description? Why are those the roles that are emphasized? What argument could you make for the roles that are not emphasized to still being important? (100-150 words)
- Examine the company for evidence of the application of the more recent historical perspectives/trends in management. Does the company appear to be lacking innovative management? Is there something unique about the company/industry that makes you believe that the company should be more or less innovative? (100-150 words)

- Describe the external environment of the company looking both at the task environment and the General Environment. Also give a case of whether the company is in a high or low risk environment. (100-150 words)
- Describe the culture of the company and how the company is responding to the environment. Make a case for if these steps are appropriate and adequate for the environment. (100-150 words)
- Does the company do international business? If so what are some key sociocultural or economic differences that it should be aware of and why? If not what are some sociocultural or economic reasons that will be difficult for an international company to compete with the company (If so what and why. If not then why?) (100-150 words)
Evaluate how the company is managing its ethics and social responsibility. What are they doing? If you had to place the company into one of the three stages of moral development which stage would you choose and why? (100-150 words)
