When I reflect on how I interact with people in different work settings during my travel ventures, I have noted that holiday providers fail to view people with disabilities as valuable clients. Failure to invest in accommodative equipment and facilities such as ramps makes me question whether they acknowledge the role of business ethics (Garrod, 2021). At one point, I had to help one client maneuver through the hotel’s entrance I was staying on a planned business trip. With such an experience, I acknowledge there is a need for improving inclusivity in business settings since this plays a significant role in enhancing business ethics.
