Social workers are admired or idealized for their courage, outstanding achievement or noble qualities. What do social workers have to unearth in order to answer the call to action? What inner resources (or superpowers) do social workers have? What darkness must they push through in order to meet the challenges? Do social workers have a calling? What do they bring to the table?
