In organizations one aspect that cuts across the general performance of an organization is communication. Communication binds the whole organization through the interaction of individuals. For the success of an organization, communication plays a crucial role. Any organization seeking to dominate their market environment has a remarkable aspect of communication. Communication links the leaders to their subordinates and the different units functioning to achieve the goals of an organization.
