The third tip is to break the work in small segments to build the dream of completing the proposal without being overwhelmed.  Having a narrow topic is also important in an organization to help focus on the area of interest. Throughout the day, I remain organized by clearing my thought to achieve maximum concentration. Sometimes I put on my earphones and play music to remain active and complete each task as planned. The fourth tip is to save time by avoiding repetition or duplication of efforts. One way to achieve this is to use a citation management program to create, organize, and save citations and annotation. This has been useful, especially in writing the literature review.
