Judicial courts play a significant role in the implementation of the constitution. The Supreme Court has the legal authority to determine the legality of a law. While Congress may find the laws they pass fair and reasonable, the supreme court has the power to declare laws passed by Congress null and void. Their judgment on the bill is based on the Constitution, that is, if a law violates the rights and freedoms provided in the constitution, then they can challenge and stop it.
