. Using the leadership style was helpful since sometimes we must leave the juniors to do tasks by themselves. So, this gave them the responsibility and accountability to provide feedback regarding their performance. I also saw that we incorporated the transformational leadership style which is an inspirational and motivational model. Leaders using this style motivate individuals to perform tasks instead of commanding them. As I was helping the seniors, we got to interact where they asked me about my experience in nursing school. I also enlightened them about my studying styles for I thought that giving them such information would be helpful in the school’s studies.
