The EPRG model staffing approaches are an important solution in the recruitment for overseas assignment.  However, the human resources managers must be able to adapt efforts in different cultures of a foreign environment. The candidate culture must be treated seriously as a factor influencing success or failure in the host country. According to Przytuła (2009), an organization can choose any of the four approaches based on the personal strategies defined from various subjects’ experiences. This becomes the foundation for personal managerial recruitment in the company. Each of the staffing approaches has unique benefits and challenges which the human resource must account for before making final decisions.
