The rest of the staff are working very hard to pick up the slack to avoid using agency personnel. What tangible and intangible rewards might you use to thank the staff?

Nurse managers’ should endeavor to ensure that they can inspire those working under them and get them to participate in the attainment of the hospital’s objectives. They should also display extensive clinical expertise. This means that a nurse leader should be equipped with the requisite skill set that allows them to understand what the medical profession entails and how to apply their clinical expertise to help patients and their colleagues.
