Synchronous is best suitable for students as involves the use of video conferences which will include a one-on-one involvement with their tutors. Students will be able to answer the questions and be answered on spot as well interact with their classmates in open discussions (Sinecen, 2018.) Asynchronous will be best suitable for those students who are employed since the student and the tutors don’t have to be online at the same. Other training modalities will be needed to provide more flexible options for both the tutors and students for better learning experiences. It would also be advantageous to combine both synchronous and asynchronous models.
