The health sector has been under much pressure to make health services more accessible and affordable to the citizen. There is still a lot of room for improvement in the health sector. Concerning delivery, health services are available to most Americans, but the quality of care is not at its best. While there are health institutions in the state and community levels, a large number of patients stream into these facilities which put a strain on human resource and consequently, there is a lower quality of health services offered (Mays, G.
