One of the things that I would have to do is to come up with programs which the stakeholders will be able to embrace. I will promote them in a way that it will be hard for them to refuse. For instance, I will call up meetings, whereby I will be able to explain the concept that I have to them. I will also use the social media for the same as well as the office intranet. I will target all the department that the organization has. Picking a person to be a champion in that department that will be able to help the others when it comes to reducing the rate of energy consumption as well as reduce the waste (Ireland et al., 2007). I will work on this being the culture of the company once the stakeholders are used to it, it will be easy to come up with something new. This is something that will make the organization to stand out from the others and give it a competitive advantage.
