Purpose:To focus attention upon ethical incidents chosen by the course instructor from those reported by class participants.
Choose one of the ethical incidents posted in the thread titled Ethical Incidents that most interests you. Post an analysis of the incident. Include the following in your discussion(s). (150-200 Words)
Assessment of potential harm.
Probability and Extent of Possible Physical, Mental, or Emotional Damage.
Probability and Extent of Economic Harm.
Risk to Individual Stakeholder Reputations.
Risk to the Reputation of the Organization.
Assessment of why situations like this happen in the workplace.
Focus on alternative ways of managing this and similar incidents once they arise.
