Multiple readings this week emphasize the connection between the internal corporate culture of a firm and the strategy, external communications, and reputation of the firm. Consider the firm that you know best – perhaps the one that employs you today. Which employee directed action or behavior is the most effective for reinforcing the strong external reputation of the firm; which is the least effective and/or was detrimental to the firm’s reputation? Support your propositions.
