In their study, Reiss-Brennan et al. (2016) included 558,254 patients in the IMH system. The patients attended healthcare between 2003 and 2005. Out of the total patients identified, the researchers excluded 429,806 patients from the sample because 176,610 were underage while the rest did not have a continuous relationship with IMH.  Also, researchers exclude 14,996 patients from the list of participants because they were neither assigned to TBC or TPM. The remaining participants were assigned either to TBC or TPM. The researchers used Pearson to identify the correlation between the two groups.

Findings and conclusion

The demographic characteristics of the patients included in the study were sex, age, race/ ethnicity, and yearly payer status.  also, Reiss-Brennan et al.
