1. Review chapters 3-5, in Changing the U.S. Health Care System: Key Issues in Health Services Policy and Management.
2. Review Discussion 2.1 – Devotion.
3. Utilizing workshop readings, the workshop devotional, and your own online research, write a 3-page paper answering the following question:
   1. It is increasingly clear that focusing on improving health care delivery is not sufficient to reduce health disparities. How can we as a society begin to affect the broader factors that underlie racial and ethnic disparities in health?
4. In the paper, be sure to:
   1. Include an introduction and conclusion.
   2. Define, describe, and illustrate each key concept.
   3. Apply biblical principles where appropriate.
   4. Defend your position, citing research and/or evidence to support your arguments.
5. Your paper should include at least three citations from the textbook, articles, or other credible sources. Your citations must be in proper APA format
