Any organization needs to have in place a good human resource management. This refers to that which have been put in place in order to ensure there is a proper management of the people that are working in the organization. In most cases, HRM deals with the staffing, the compensation, and benefits as well as the designing the work. In matters of health care, the human resource department is very crucial and to some extent, the success of the organization is dependent on it.
